Butler School District 53 is located in Oak Brook, Illinois, a suburban community located about 15 miles west of Chicago. District Leadership Team

The purpose of the District Leadership Team (DLT) is to enhance student learning by bringing together teachers, administrators, parents, and board members to stimulate and promote continued growth in school improvement through collaboration.
